Terms of Use
By installing or using ApaNakMakan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app is
ApaNakMakan suggests dishes and shows nearby places that may serve them. Suggestions are for fun and convenience. We do not guarantee that a listed place is open, serves the dish, or meets any dietary standard, including halal certification. Always check with the restaurant.
Accounts
You may use the app without an account. If you create one, keep your login private and tell us if you think it has been misused. You can delete your account inside the app at any time.
Premium and purchases
Premium is sold as an in-app purchase through Apple or Google. Prices are shown in the store before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Restaurant and business listings
Businesses that list dishes with us are responsible for the accuracy of what they submit. One business per address. We may remove listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or duplicated. Paid placement, such as "Featured" or "Promoted", increases how often a listing appears; it never hides other results.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the app or its services.
- Do not submit false business information or impersonate another business.
- Do not use the app for anything unlawful.
Third-party services
Nearby results come from Google. Delivery links open Grab, foodpanda, ShopeeFood or similar apps, which have their own terms. We are not responsible for their services or pricing.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, design and dish catalogue belong to us or our licensors. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including a bad meal.
Ending the service
We may suspend accounts that break these terms and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
