Every dish photo has a maker. Here are the authors, licences and original sources for the photographs bundled with ApaNakMakan.

These are representative dish photos, not photographs of nearby restaurant listings. Nearby results do not confirm that a restaurant serves a particular dish.

About the image copies

Most original discovery photographs were resized to a maximum dimension of 1280 pixels and recompressed. Char Kway Teow uses a Commons 960 × 1440 thumbnail. Regional photographs use Wikimedia Commons 960-pixel thumbnails, or reuse an existing bundled image. The app crops images to fit. Store screenshots and website artwork resize those screens; their underlying photo licences still apply.

Public-domain and CC0 images are included alongside freely licensed images. Each licence and source is linked below. Some dishes have more than one credited photo.
